Wilkerson

Blind Paralympic swimmer, competitive athlete, and public speaker.

A swimmer wearing a black TYR cap and goggles performs a freestyle stroke, his arm mid-recovery above a splash of water in a competitive pool with blue lane lines.
“The heights by great men reached and kept were not attained by sudden flight… they were toiling upward in the night.”
— Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, The Ladder of St. Augustine

Who I Am

Discipline, adaptation, and showing up.

I’m Evan Wilkerson, a blind Paralympic swimmer. My training is built around consistency, adaptation, and showing up every day regardless of conditions. Over time, I’ve learned that progress doesn’t come from perfect circumstances, but from discipline and the willingness to keep improving with what you have.

This site is where I share my journey, thoughts on training and mindset, and the work I’m building around those ideas.
